Park Mastectomy Supply Exchanges and returns will be accepted
only with prior approval. No item may be returned or exchanged
30 days after the order date.
Requests to return or exchange must be made within 10 days of
delivery.
All products must not have been worn or washed, must have
original tags attached in same manner as purchased, and returned
in original undamaged product boxes. Any item altered in any way
will not be credited or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and
original shipping is not refundable.
There is no restocking fee on the first exchange.
There shall be a 20% restocking fee on all subsequent
exchanges and for returns without an exchange.
If you reject your order at time of delivery from shipper
(UPS/FedEx) without prior notification and approval from Park
Mastectomy Supply, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee and
be charged shipping and handling fees for initial shipment and
return shipping.
Clearance sale items, swimsuits, panties, attachable breast
forms, and adhesive supplies sales are final and may not be
returned or exchanged except for a manufacturer defect in the
product. If you return these items you will not receive a
credit, exchange, or refund.
Do not return items to the manufacturer. All items must be
returned to Park Medical Wear, Inc.
