Exchanges and returns will be accepted only with prior approval. Requests to return or exchange must be made within 10 days of delivery. All products must have original tags attached in same manner as purchased, and returned in original boxes. Any item that is dirty, washed or altered in any way will not be credited or exchanged. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping is not refundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Swimsuits, panties, attachable breast forms, and adhesive supplies may not be returned or exchanged except for a manufacturer defect in the product.
