Breast forms are available in silicone, foam, or poly-fil. Choosing the correct breast form depends on your activity level, age, and type of surgery you had.

Silicone forms are offered with various versions ranging from classic standard weight, lightweight, symmetrical (fits either right or left side), asymmetrical (fits side specific...right or left), attachable contact, with or without nipple, and even temperature equalizing with air ventilation for a more comfortable fit. The silicone form is the most natural looking form since it drapes like the natural breast. Also available in silicone are the partial sharpers which are used for lumpectomy surgeries where a small amount of the breast has been removed. Also this breast form can be used as an equalizer for uneven breasts.

Polyurethane foam breast forms are the perfect choice for leisure wear. They are cooler and lighter for the customer. These forms are available in symmetrical or asymmetrical versions, and come in weighted or non-weighted styles. Many ladies have foam forms in addition to their silicone breast forms. This form may also be used for post-surgery recovery after some of tenderness has subsided.
