The Nearly Me 251 is a shell equalizer breast form designed for after breast conserving surgery. This is a thinner version of the popular #250 So-Soft Triangle Equalizer breast form. These thin shells have been designed to replace only a minimal amount of tissue that has been removed during breast conserving surgeries such as a segmental or lumpectomy. The #251 is made of 100% silicone gel that is encapsulated in a thin polyurethane skin that is resilient and flexible yet extremely durable. Two year manufacturer's warranty..
